Phlebotomy Draw Fees

This appointment is intended for patients who prefer to have their lab specimens collected at home. A certified technician is available to meet clients at their home. This service is available to patients who have either:

A Special lab kit provided by a laboratory or testing company, or

Lab orders received directly from their physician.

Lab kits will be processed and returned according to the kit provider’s instructions. Physician-issued lab orders will be processed, and specimens delivered to the designated laboratory as specified by the provider.
